Viv is ACII qualified and has worked at KTIB since 1999 having previously worked in the commercial insurance department for a national insurer before leaving to start a family. She has been employed in various roles, progressing to Group Compliance Manager. She is very active and regularly goes to the gym. She lives locally with her family and enjoys retail therapy and the cinema in her spare time.

Samantha joined us in November 2016 as Group HR Manager, having worked in another insurance brokerage for 8 years. She brings with her over 14 years’ experience as an HR Generalist in a variety of industries including food production, haulage, and care. In addition, she has a degree in HR Management and is part CIPD qualified. Her interests include spending time with her active family and supporting the local school by arranging and attending various events.

Chloe came to us with a decade of experience working in the HR industry, previously having fulfilled HR roles in both the retail and law sectors. Attracted to the company’s excellent reputation, Chloe uses her knowledge in HR management and training to aid the Group’s HR Manager. Outside of work, Chloe enjoys spending time with her family, baking and renovating her home.

ACA qualified Ashley joined as Group Financial Controller in 2016, having previously worked for one of London’s top law firms. Originally from Lowestoft, Ashley has nearly a decade of hands-on experience as a fully qualified accountant. He is a keen cyclist and regularly plays tennis and football when he is not enjoying spending time with his young family.

Christine joined KTIB 2008 following many years in the Finance, Banking and Accounts department of a local insurer. Christine lives with her partner and enjoys walking her little dog in the local area, swimming and reading when she gets the time.

Jo is a part qualified accountant and joined KTIB in 2014 having previously worked in the Insurance Industry in both accounting and claims roles. She lives locally with her family and enjoys spending time walking and gardening.

Caroline has 15 years Accounting experience having worked as an Accounts Payable Finance Officer previously in other positions including an insurers prior to joining us in 2016.

Caroline lives locally with her husband and two young sons and enjoy trips to the cinema, swimming and days out.

Tom joined us is September 2017 as the One Broker Group’s first ever Apprentice. After studying at Wymondham Sixth Form to complete his A levels in Economics, Business and Mathematics, Tom is now embarking on gaining his AAT Level 2 qualification at City College. Outside of his studies, Tom enjoys watching and playing football, plus socialising with his friends.

Emily joined the One Broker group in 2017 having completed a First Class degree in Nursing, she took an unexpected career turn when she decided to pursue her passion for marketing. She possesses a keen interest in design and creative writing, activities which include blogging, graphic design and volunteering in a vintage charity shop.
