Online claims facility a huge hit!

KTIB's new Online Claims facility is proving to be a huge hit with our clients. Since launching the system in late November last year we have a seen a month on month percentage increase in the number of claims reported using the new system. In the last month alone over 50% of overall Motor Accidents and Goods in Transit claims were made online.

Encouraged by the rate of uptake and eager to learn why the system is proving so popular we approached some of our clients for their comments and here's what they had to say:

The KTIB team are extremely excited by this initial success. However, we will not be resting on our laurels and will be working hard to provide further enhancements to the system over the coming months.
