Norwich Historic Churches Trust Ltd

The Norwich Historic Churches Trust Ltd was created in 1973 to care for the majority of the medieval churches in Norwich which were no longer used for worship as the congregations had dwindled. Today we have 18 churches that we look after and maintain, we try to find new and suitable uses for these beautiful buildings. All of the churches are Grade 1 listed and present a variety of different challenges to modern usage. Although the rental income from such tenants as the Norwich Puppet Theatre are used for repairs there is always more work to be done.
